We make every effort to keep all our fees as low as possible. Examination fees, insurance co-payments and deductables are due and payable in full at the time of your visit. Payment may be made by cash, local check, or Mastercard/Visa. No billing is done by this office.
If glasses or contact lenses are ordered, a minimum of 50% of the balance must be paid at the time of ordering, with the remaining balance to be paid when materials are dispensed. Full payment is required when same day service is provided. Any other payment arrangements must be discussed in advance.

Insurance
We accept most insurance plans with vision coverage. If you have vision care benefits provided through your employment, please notify us at the time of making your appointment, and bring any requested forms or paperwork at the time of your visit to present them to Angie,our insurance specialist.
We also accept many forms of medical coverage which may cover or help cover the cost of your eye exam services.
We are in-network providers for the following insurance plans: Vision Service Plan (VSP), Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, Medical Eye Services (MES), Redwood Health Services (RHS), Blue Cross (BC), SafeGuard, Medicare, Medi-Cal, CMSP, and Superior Vision Services (SVS).
** Please remember that it is the patient's responsibility to pay any deductible, co-payment or other balance not covered by their insurance. We assist patient's in preparing the necessary forms or claims to submit to their insurance company. **
